Great connection between practice and theory. The facilitators had deep understanding of the subject matter and were able to share relevant updates from the research and family violence sector. This has definitely extended my family violence intervention practice approach.
The facilitators made it easy to understand and interactive. I found it useful the idea of ways to respond and look at the ways in which victim survivors are resisting violence.
The various concepts and models were useful and deepened my understanding of the complexities and nuances of family violence; the facilitators are knowledgeable and engaging; the video tools were insightful; the exercises were thought provoking and challenging.
Amazing practice knowledge and experience to back up the content of the learning.
